The most “resort-style” product for demand: infrastructure, water zones, lifestyle, dining.
If your client buys with their eyes and thinks “family holidays”, Blue is a killer: aqua park + pools + activities drive demand and perform great in rentals.
Premium segment. This is the project where “perceived quality” sells: high-rise, views, infinity, shared zones, coworking, indoor/outdoor, Dubai-like vibe.
A “sense of place” project. Views, calm, and resort amenities.
This is one of the biggest game changers in sales: you buy in one project, and use amenities and zones across the whole Caesar network (restaurants, bars, fitness, spa, aqua parks, pools, sports, kids’ zones).
